Description

  • Gun drilled axles weigh approximately 2.5 pounds less than solid axles.
  • These axles are made from certified Hy-Tuff material, heat treated and CNC machined.
  • Fits most Quick Change and Ford 9″ floaters.
  • Used to reduce rotating weight, our axles are designed to withstand severe and high torque conditions.
  • They are drilled from the spline end to within 2-1/2″ of the opposite end to maintain the strength of the axle and so have less chance of axle twist or fatigue break than a fully drilled axle.
